Required Documents
The following documents are required by the insurance payer:

How to File Claims

Reimbursement for out-of-pocket payments:
Submit all invoices and receipts related to the medical care to TASCO along with the required documents listed above. -
Claims for visits to emergency rooms:
In most cases, hospitals bill insurance companies directly after emergency room visits. If you have visited an emergency room, submit to TASCO a copy of the insurance policy, insurance claim form, and a privacy policy consent form as soon as possible in order to expedite the claims process.
Other Important Information

If you have misplaced the insurance policy document, contact your insurance sales agent or the LIG customer service.

We only process healthcare-related claims. Loss/theft claims must be sent to the LIG corporate office in Korea.

If the patient is a minor, the claim form must specify the legal guardian. Also specify the beneficiary for reimbursement.

For the claims from outside of the United States, provide us with the bank name, bank address, SWIFT code, account number, and account holder name,
